Mushroom Cultivation Workshop
Join us on Friday, June 13th, for an introductory workshop on Mushroom Cultivation. In this workshop you will learn the fundamentals of mushroom production. In-person participants will conduct a hands-on activity and take their own oyster mushroom starter bag to fruit at home. This workshop is available both in-person at the UA Controlled Environment Agriculture Center and online via Zoom Meeting. In-person attendance includes 3 hours of lecture plus a one-hour hands-on workshop, while online participation includes only the lecture.
